SGARIT is a precision watch manufacturer based in China, operating our own assembly factory in Bao’an, Shenzhen. Since 2015 we have focused on one thing — helping independent watch brands and small buyers bring their own timepieces to market without the barriers a traditional factory puts in their way.
We combine in-house CNC case machining, careful assembly, and end-to-end customization with a low minimum order quantity that actually fits a new brand. Behind us stands a watchmaking supply chain that traces back to 1991 — decades of accumulated craft, now working for your brand.

Our Own Factory
You work directly with the people who build your watches. Core stainless steel timepieces are produced in our own Shenzhen factory — direct quality control, production priority, honest factory pricing, no middleman markup.

Most factories ask for 300–500 pieces. We start at 50 pieces per model, with samples from just 2 pieces — a real answer to the hardest problem a new watch brand faces.

Our Factory
A Real Factory Behind Your Brand
SGARIT operates its own watch assembly factory in Bao’an, Shenzhen — around 1,500 m² with a team of 100+, producing 20,000+ watches a month. The facility runs in-house CNC case machining, a dust-controlled assembly area, and high-pressure water testing on every single watch.
For specialty lines such as wooden watches, we work with dedicated partner facilities, backed by a watchmaking supply chain that traces back to 1991.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ starts at 50 pieces per model. Samples can be made from just 2 pieces, so you can approve quality before committing to production.
How long does sampling and production take?
Sampling typically takes 15–20 days for existing designs, longer for new tooling. Bulk production usually runs 25–45 days depending on the model and quantity.
What movements do you use?
We use Japanese Miyota and Seiko movements as standard, with Swiss Sellita and ETA available on request. Movement sourcing can be documented for your records.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are a deposit to begin production, with the balance paid after final QC approval and before shipment — so you only settle the remaining payment once quality has been confirmed. We will confirm exact terms with your quotation.
Can you ship to my country and handle logistics?
Yes. We support EXW, FOB and DDP shipping, and can deliver to your door or to fulfillment centers in major markets.
